It is a multipurpose building at Prague Holešovice  with 105 apartments, two underground garage floors, on the ground floor and 1st floor are rentable commercial spaces. In the property there are 1-bedroom-apartments as well as duplex apartments with terraces on the roof. The building is located in the street Komunardů with a passage leading to a closed courtyard. Our company implemented telephone lines, a video intercom with an access control system,  a camera system, the system EPS as well as the STA distribution.
