We have acquired a new contract – Vlněna Office Park is a new project of revitalization of the former large textile factory Vlněna in Brno, which will reach more than 120,000 m2 of office space. At this moment, it is ready to build the first 12,000 m2 on Mlýnská / Přízova Street. All buildings will be certified by BREEAM. The work will commence in the second half of July 2017. Under this contract, we will implement heavy-current and light-current wiring in F, G and underground garages. Scheduled completion of these buildings is December 2017.
